Out of Pocket Session Fee: $175 per 50 minute session 

In Network Coverage: Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

• Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Out of Network Coverage: This service is offered on a case by case basis. Superbills are offered monthly so you may be reimbursed for your costs

CoPay and Balance Due: Payment is expected at the time of service for any copay or deductible if utilizing insurance, and the full session fee if paying out of pocket. An up-to-date credit card is required to be on file (stored securely in your client portal) and will be charged accordingly at the end of each session.
