Availability:

Please note that because of the age population Caitlin Soriano serves, after school appointments are very limited. If you are considering ​beginning services, please be aware that your child may have to miss some school to engage in sessions.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations and re-scheduled session will be subject to a full charge, not payable by insurance, if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.


New Client Intake Process:

Prior to being accepted as a client Caitlin invites you to complete a 15 minute complimentary phone consultation where we will discuss the age of your child, concerns that are bringing you to seek out counseling, any pending or potential court proceedings (divorce, custody,  and parenting plan work) and verification of insurance coverage.  If it appears to be a good fit, you will be emailed a link to the client portal where you can complete all intake paperwork prior to the first appointment.  *Note* If intake paperwork is not complete prior to first appointment it will be cancelled and the full session fee charged to your account.
